It is located at 575 Rimmon St., just a short walk from CMC Hospital, Dominos pizza, Planet Fitness, Che Vachon, bakeries, novelty shops and a short drive from other well known establishments. It is a five minute ride to St. Anselm's College or to get groceries in Pinardville, and it is an easy location to gain quick access to I-293. Interested candidates should expect to have a telephone conversation before arranging a showing. 1 year lease. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the premises. There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs, drug use and/or drug paraphernalia in the building. Dogs, of any size, are not allowed in the building. Cats are welcome, but there is a $50 a month pet fee. Rent is $2000/mo and does not include utilities. Section 8 is not accepted. Qualified applicants will need to 1. Pay all applicable application fees for every adult resident to cover a credit, criminal background and rental history check. 2. Have a clean criminal history and rental history. 3. Demonstrate steady employment or income stream for at least two years. 4. Demonstrate a monthly income of no less than $6,000. Approved applicants will need to provide the owner with security deposit of $2,000 and the first month's rent at signing.
