Pets are welcome for $100 per pet plus tax, and the pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 plus tax per week. Secure off-site parking for trailers or RVs is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. Due to city regulations, trailers and RVs are not permitted to be parked at any city properties, and parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your stay and receive check-in instructions. There is a car located to one side in the garage temporarily. Basic starter supplies are provided for your arrival, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, but zip lock bags, seran wraps, and foil paper are not provided. A laptop computer is not included.
