The Myrtle Beach Resort is located between Lakewood Camping Resort and Ocean Lakes Camping Resort. I am just a few doors away form the unit and available to answer any question you may have. Lease is available on a month-to-month basis or for the entire period from November 1st, 2025 to March 27th, 2026. Renter is responsible for electric bill and parking. House Rules Check-in: 4:00 PM EST | Check-out: 10:00 AM EST. Minimum age to book: 23. No pets are allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Monthly pest control occurs on the 2nd Wednesday; access required. Lost keys: $30 rekeying fee. A guest will be financially responsible for the replacement, repair, or professional cleaning of the damaged, destroyed, or removed property. Unregistered guests are not allowed. In the event this rule violation, all guests will be removed from the property, and a refund will not be granted. Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind. Some water amenities are closed during the off season. Resort maintenance may need to to pest control (done once a month) and/or air conditioning service (done twice a year) during your stay. 2 car maximum
