Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Before you leave, please throw trash away and lock up. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
