The master is on the right side of the house with a beautiful bay window to look out from. The master has a king-size bed 2 huge closets, remodeled bathroom, and an armoire for storage. The second bedroom is across the hallway with a large closet as well and a window looking out into the back patio. The home is furnished . All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The owner will pay for HOA fees, and yard maintenance. All-sized dogs are allowed as long as they are potty trained :-). No monthly pet fees but we do have a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Any damage by the pet will be the responsibility of the tenant to fix appropriately. There are no costs associated with parking. The tenant has two private spots under a carport present onsite. No smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the greenspace and accordingly dispose of your cigarette buds appropriately.
