Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited. Avoid throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
