It is a secured building with a video intercom system for added security and peace of mind. Off street and assigned parking is available. The building has an elevator for convenience. All appliances are in the unit including washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, fridge over the range microwave and garbage disposal. You will enjoy not one but two private balconies, one off the living room and one off the main bedroom. The building has a water softener system. Enjoy the convenience of no lawn care, as we maintain it. Owner requires one year lease. Month to month is offered at a higher monthly rate. Renters insurance is required. Move in costs include first months, last months and deposit. All of of which are equal to one months rent. Owner requires total household income be three times the monthly rent ($5,475.00).
