It was a really nice home just as he described, better really. The walkthrough was great the current tenant was there and seems very happy. Seemed to have a good rapport with the landlord

The landlord was polite kind answered all the questions I asked prompt in responding with emails explained everything very matter-of-fact excellent experience overall he'd make a great landlord to rent from in my impression. He answered all my emails promptly
