The swimming pool is located across the street. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
