Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom units feature a full range of kitchen appliances (glass top electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) along with other amenities such as a washer and dryer in-unit, an in-wall air conditioning unit, and excellent sized walk-in closets, and a deck.
Heat, water, hot water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED in the rent. Tenant will pay electric.
TDS is the provider for internet/cable at this property.
Tenants are responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks/walkways. Snow clearing/ice treatment of the driveway and lawn care are included.
Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40/per month for 1 and $80/per month for 2. Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront.
