Smoking is not allowed in or on the property; if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; if unauthorized guests stay, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed on this property. If the trash rule is not followed, there will be a $20 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
