It is less than 2 miles to Tops, Walmart, Aldis and Home Depot and numerous restaurants. it is 15 minutes to the I-990. Fire pit may be used. I will mow & do the landscaping. I will help with snow removal but am gone some weekends. The apartment includes gas and water; cable available. You pay for electric for you unit and the garage apartment (former tenant reported electric bill was from $100-175/mo.) I live on-premises and there is a quiet renter in the upper unit. No pets, no smokers. New carpets and will be installed for an October 1st move-in date. You have access to the entire basement where the washer & dryer are located. The owner and lower tenant share the washer & dryer. The owner can access the basement through outside access. Includes stove & fridge. New smoke detectors and door lock. There is a $10 application fee to run a credit report. In addition to the Zillow application I have an application that will need to be filled out. Heat & water included; renter pays for electric (special circumstances). One year lease.
