Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Enjoy the open layout and privacy from the main house. There is a private, separate entrance to access the guest suite. This basement apartment stays cool (70 degrees) during Bozeman's beautiful summers, but there is a fan to help cool down or provide some white noise. The apartment is heated with central heat plus one plug-in radiator. Inside you will find a private bedroom with a comfy queen bed and clothing storage, a living space with a Smart TV and pullout queen-size sofa bed, a highchair available for little ones as well as some kids' books and toys, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are 4 stools for dining and a full bath with radiant in-floor heating. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, bedding, and other essentials are provided. There is plenty of free street parking available. While you are welcome to enjoy the spacious side yard, the back patio is reserved for the homeowner. Washer/dryer services are not available onsite, but there are a few approximately a 10-minute drive away. There is also no kitchen sink or stove at this stay. This apartment resides in a secure residential neighborhood, conveniently located just 1.8 miles south of the Museum of the Rockies and MSU. It's surrounded by parks, walking trails, mature trees, manicured lawns, and families. The home is 3 miles from downtown Bozeman, 14 miles from Bozeman Airport, 20 miles from Bridger Bowl ski area, 50 miles from Big Sky Resort, 80 miles from Gardiner (North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park), and 90 miles from West Yellowstone. Bozeman is known as "the most livable place" for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby.
