No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of 4 standard size cars allowed on the premises.
