One dedicated off-street parking space is provided. The apartment is pet-friendly with an additional non-refundable fee for up to two well-behaved dogs. Guests are expected to keep dogs on a leash and pick up after their messes. The other side of the creek is a nature preserve, on which dogs are prohibited.

The apartment is non-smoking and penalties may apply for violations.
