Application fee of $35 for credit check, criminal background, and landlord check on all applicants. Professionally managed. Security deposit will be equal to one months rent. If you are bringing four-legged family members, no deposit required, only $35 pet rent fee per month. Pet must have current shots, be spayed/neutered and have a current vet. Any prospective applicant with a canine MUST bring the animal(s) to the initial showing, failure to do so will prevent us from moving forward with you as an applicant. Pets are limited to a total of three.
