Welcome to Serene Green Villa, your perfect Orlando getaway! This spacious 5-bedroom retreat offers a cozy escape after a day of exploring world-class theme parks. Relax in the family room with board games or make a splash at exclusive waterparks. Whether you crave excitement or tranquility, this serene villa is the perfect place to recharge and create lasting memories. The villa features contemporary furnishings and decor, a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen HDTV and high-speed WiFi is provided throughout the home. The living and dining area includes a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and a kettle. Optional pool heating is available at a cost of $35 per day with a minimum of 2 consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is also optional at a cost of $50 per stay, with one propane tank provided. The villa offers 2 total parking spaces, one in the garage and one on the driveway, with additional street parking available. Located close to iconic Orlando destinations, the villa is just 14 miles from Disney World, 22 miles from Universal Studios, 18 miles from Sea World, and 27 miles from Legoland. Reserved off-street parking is available, along with additional free street parking. Noise restrictions are in place between 11 PM and 8 AM. Parking is only allowed in designated areas, and each vehicle requires a parking/gate pass. Trash must be placed inside the bench by the front door for daily collection, and loose trash in bins is subject to a $50 fee. No pets, smoking, extra guests, or parties/events are allowed. Guests must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
