The pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. The property has security cameras installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden.
