You will be walking distance to WWU, the Co-Op, downtown shops and restaurants, and historic Nelson's Market. We will pay water/sewer, garbage/ compost/ recycling. You pay electric and your internet.
Deposit is 1 month rent. Lease term is negotiable. No additional fees.
Lease term is negotiable (start date, lease term, end date) we are expecting to have the house ready by the end of August, but may be delayed due to final permit inspection date.
All Utilities included, except electric. We pay Water/Sewer, Garbage/Recycling/FoodPlus (compost). Tenant pays electric.
