The 2 studios are accessible from the back of the "house", easily accessed from the alley where you will find off street parking open to tenants on first come basis, and also a very large shared back yard under large shady post oak trees. Great neighbors! 12 month lease. Pets ok with fee. Tenant pays utilities. AC is window unit and is brand new. No smoking inside. Off street alley parking is first come, first serve, but mostly used by this unit in the past. The two top units are better accessed from the street. Only nice people need apply.
