You can submit a Zillow app if you have one and I can do a pre-pre approval of sorts, but I still require an in person viewing of the apartment and filling out of my application with a 50.00 app fee to cover the background check. I do not accept Zillow's background check. 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible to electric and gas and must maintain services throughout occupancy. The move in amount required is 1st and last month's rent plus 500.00 security deposit. A cat is allowed with a 50.00 additional deposit.
