Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight. If unauthorized guests are found, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. If a guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
A maximum of three pets (any breed, any size) are allowed in this pet-friendly property if agreed upon prior to booking. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement, the guest will be fined a pet deposit, and the booking will be terminated. All pets must be kenneled while unsupervised or while the guest is gone. If guests are leaving the property or unable to supervise, the animals must be kenneled inside. No pets are to be outside unsupervised. Guest's pets must be housetrained, avoid excessive barking, and not get on furniture. Guests must pick up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Pet deposits are $200.
