The apartment is within walking distance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Kroger Food Market, and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), with prior notification and host approval required. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
