Living room with a large living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, newly redone bathroom, and three bedrooms. We have been property managers and owners for 35+ years. We have an excellent reputation with our tenants and they stay very very long-term. Anywhere from 10 to 20 some years. They know what kind of landlords are out there and they appreciate us and we appreciate them very much! Owner pays water and no one absolutely no one other than Tenant uses the water to wash clothes. One year lease and after that month-to-month. One year security deposit. Rent due the fifth and after that there is a $25 security deposit. After the 10th another $25 security deposit. If you own a car, you do not block the driveway. No pets You are to be respectful of the tenant that lives upstairs. She is a middle-age woman who has been with us for over 12 years.
