We are located in. the heart of "Pie Town", right beside Third Man Records and only blocks from the best of Nashville entertainment and dining, including City Winery just across the parking lot and around the corner from Tennessee Brew Works.You can Walk, bike, or Uber anywhere from "The Gultch" to the Broadway honkytonks, The Ryman auditorium, Bridgestone arena and the Titans stadium. We have a secure fenced backyard with modest gardens, perfect for gatherings and for pets. No pet deposit and all responsible pet owners are welcome. All utilities are in my name and I bill for them monthly, hence the extra $250 of security deposit. We have a group text going to promote good neighbor relations. I have one reserved parking spot for rent in front of the building for $100/month.( I have a total of three units coming available) There is ample on street parking available.
