Where to begin with this unique property? The photos will show you the quality of the unit, but there is so much more! Let's start from the outside. This property was built in 2007 to the highest standards. Modern construction with double pane windows and a concrete framework make the property quiet and efficient. High ceilings, large, open spaces and modern conveniences are everywhere. You can enter in the summer past your own private patio area, completely for you own use and directly into a private unit door. There is an optional underground heated parking space for rent too for those winter months where you can stroll through the immaculate common areas without being outside. The unit itself is split over two floors. The main floor has a huge, open layout. The kitchen, complete with island, dishwasher and granite counters has beautiful wooden cabinetry. The rest of the space is large enough to accommodate anyone's needs. Just for good measure there is a large storage closet and a 1/2 bath on this level too. The windows are large giving great lighting whilst remaining private feeling. Climb the stairs and you'll find the star of the show - the master bedroom. Like all areas it is a huge room and has generous closet space. Attached is the master bathroom with separate tub and shower stall. There is a full communal bathroom and another large bedroom on this floor which has fantastic views of Saint Paul and the cathedral. Finally there is a laundry and storage room on this level for maximum convenience with high end laundry machines. Finally we have the wonderful building amenities. Namely access to the rooftop terrace. This offers a panoramic view of Crocus Hill and over to the cathedral. A truly unique offering. The building has an elevator for easy access between levels and, as mentioned, there is an underground heated parking spot available for rent along with the unit. You are a stone's throw from Grand and Summit Avenues and all the wonderful bars, restaurants and entertainment options available there. A short walk to the cathedral and the heart of Cathedral Hill. Dale, Marshall and Selby are all well served bus routes and you are less than a mile from the light rail. This is the only rental in the building. The property is governed by a HOA of the other owners. The HOA rules are that not pets are allowed. The HOA also has final approval over any applicant. Utilities are paid in two parts - Gas and Electricity as metered to Xcel and $150/month in addition to the rent to cover water, sewer, trash and common area upkeep. Parking is available at $100/month All applicants over the age of 18 will be subject to the application process.
