Refurbished and updated, the Boat House boasts an adorable kitchen with a pantry, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker and frost-free freezer, dishwasher, and eat-in bar. There is a ceramic bathroom complete with an exhaust fan and heat lamp. The living room sports a gas log fireplace, ceiling fan, and awesome views. Central air conditioning, for those hot, lazy summer days, and softened water. A large private dock comes with the unit, along with a parking garage with garage door openers, a community area complete with grills, dining table and additional tables and chairs, sun worshiping lounge chairs, and a hammock is also yours to enjoy. Extra storage is located underneath the Boat House and private laundry with both a washer and dryer is included. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water and sewer, and natural gas in the Boat House. Landlord pays for the electricity, water and sewer, and natural gas for the Boat House Laundry. Landlord pays for grounds and lawn care, commercial waste removal both trash and recycling, and snow removal from the driveway and parking areas. Tenant is responsible for snow removal from Boat House entrance and light bulb replacement for both the interior and exterior lights serving the Boat House. Landlord is responsible for appliances and softened water. We are sorry, but smoking is not permitted. Two vehicles may be parked on the property. One vehicle may be parked in the Boat House garage, and another additional outdoor parking space is available. All tenants are expected to meet a reasonable housekeeping standard within the rented premises. All leases are one-year leases only. The security deposit of $2010.00 may be paid with the rent over the first four months of the lease and broken up into four equal payments of $502.50 for each of the first four months of the lease in addition to the monthly rental charge of $1,340.00 Additionally, there is a $55.00 application fee. If you would like for us to hold the Boathouse for 10 days we will do so for a nonrefundable fee of $325.00. Our pet policy allows for a small dog or a cat with a 200.00 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $35.00 monthly pet rent. Pet owners must keep pets under control at all times. Pets shall have received all necessary vaccinations for the safety of all others. Pet owners are responsible for the care and maintenance of all approved pets. Fleas and other such pests are the responsibility of the owner. The owner shall contact the Landlord in the event of fleas and /or other such pests so that the Landlord may make arrangements for the fumigation of the Tenant's unit. Fumigation will be done at the expense of the owner of the pet. The pet owner shall remove all pet waste from the grounds. Pet shall not urinate on shrubs and plants on the property. All charging of electric boat motors is to be done in the Tenant's unit and not at the garages because the electricity in the garages is paid by the Landlord and not by the Tenant.
