The second floor is the main living space, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a full bath. There is also a work space. The 3rd floor contains the other 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, each with en suite full baths, as well as the washer and dryer. Tankless water heater (unlimited hot water), gas stove and heat. The house has been designed to mimic the feel of a boutique hotel that you get to have all to yourself. Pets allowed with approval and pet fee. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside. Max 6 people. Available now. Owner pays all utilities. If tenant would like to use the hot tub, they will be responsible for the cost of maintenance (professional comes to service it). If not, we can drain it. No smoking of any kind inside the property. Pets are allowed but they need to be approved and pet fee paid and there is a max of 2 pets. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by pets. In lieu of deposit, a $350 flat fee is paid at move in which covers both the move out clean and a $2,500 damage waiver. This waiver pays for accidental damage. Intentional or malicious damage is not covered by the waiver but you don't need to worry if you accidentally break something or stain a rug or piece of furniture.
