The open concept dining and living area is furnished with comfortable furniture surrounding the stone fireplace. The lower level offers an extra living and game room with a TV for entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor space with a lovely deck and BBQ grill for dining al fresco. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. No pets or unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels should be kept low to avoid disturbing others. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violations. Trash or food must not be left outside to avoid attracting wildlife, with a $100 fee for violations.
