The video and photos make the apartment appear much larger than it is. I am confident this is not a 1,300 square foot apartment. Two of the three bedrooms are less than 100 square feet. The living space is decent but still relatively small when taking into account the awkward layout. Can’t easily fit a kitchen table and living room couch / tv area The building was decent. The location is decent - not great. Only near 1 train really others are 15 min walk. It was not clear there was a brokers fee - even though there was. Almost all windows face another apartment meaning little privacy. With windows open it is pretty loud from being near the highway. Was excited for this apartment but was pretty disappointed overall after viewing.
