    Conveniently located about one mile south of downtown, this unit is very brightly lit with large west facing windows, and is in a quiet location on the second floor. Recently updated carpet and paint. The building has an elevator, convenient new coin-free laundry facilities, and optional underground parking and private outside garages. Free first come-first serve off street parking is also an option. Heat and water included in rent! Our preference is a one year lease minimum. No smoking allowed in the building or within 25 feet of the building for indoor air quality. We have a strict pet policy regarding disturbance to neighbors; pets who bark continually must find another home. No renter has ever had to find another home for their dog and has addressed the issue promptly. We can use Zillow applications as a guideline but it may not include all current information we need to fully approve you. We may require our rental application and the $45 application fee to run your screening. One year lease minimum, all utilities included in rent except in-unit electricity. Free first come first serve off street parking.
