The room itself was nice and the overall cleanliness of the unit itself was well-maintained by the tenants. However, my only issues is that the unit does not have air conditioning and parking appears to be an issue. These may be relatively minor issues for others, but these are rather important amenities for me personally. That being said, my point of contact, one of the tenants I was able to meet with, was very nice and would definitely make a great roommate based on first impressions.
