Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by Gotham Organization, the combined structures yield 488 residences. An amenity floor features a lounge, game room, yoga and activity room, and a social services office. Additional amenities include a community room and outdoor roof terraces, a shared laundry room, security cameras in common areas, microwave, and an on-site superintendent. Residences come with name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, as well as air conditioning, hardwood floors, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity. Individuals or households with at least one household member who is mobility impaired and one household member is 62 years of age or older at the time of the application who meet the income and household size requirements may apply.
