The luxurious air-conditioned cabanas are perfect for a day by the pool. The Grille offers poolside service or dining in the comfort of the clubhouse. Optional pool heating is available at $35 per day with a minimum of two consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is $50 per stay, and includes one propane tank. The home offers two parking spaces, one in the garage and one on the driveway, with additional street parking available.

Noise restrictions are in place between 11 PM and 8 AM. Parking is only allowed in designated areas, and each vehicle requires a parking/gate pass. Trash must be placed in bags and put in the bin by the front door; loose trash incurs a $50 fee. No pets, extra guests, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
