For entertainment, the loft upstairs includes Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga, movies, board games, and cards. Relax on the lanai by the private pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and pool toys. Outdoor dining is also available. A $70 BBQ fee will be charged per stay, which includes BBQ cleaning, a propane tank, and BBQ utensils. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Two parking spaces are provided: one in the garage and one on the driveway. Every person with a vehicle will need to have a parking/gate pass. During your stay, trash is to be placed inside the bench by the front door for community collection starting at 7:00 AM. All trash must be placed into trash bags, then placed into the bin out by the front door; loose trash found in bins is subject to a fee of $50.00. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. Please do not wash comforters; housekeeping will take care of this after your stay. If you require assistance to exchange a comforter, please give us a call during business hours. Please do not wash light colors, dark colors, and whites together, and do not wash towels with bed linens.
