Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. An unapproved party or event will incur a $1000 fine. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs without prior notice or cats will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Parking is only available in the garage and driveway, with a $100 fine for street parking. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Please clean up after pets in the dog relief area in the backyard.
