The fully fenced-in backyard with seating and a fire pit is perfect for outdoor gatherings. Board games are available for entertainment, and there is a 3-car garage for guest use. A washer and dryer are also provided, along with extra towels and linens during your stay.
This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Parking is available in the garage and driveway only.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Parking in the street or on the lawn is prohibited and will result in a $100 fine. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. There is a dog relief area in the backyard, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets.
