    What's special

AMAZING 2 bedroom 2 bath in unbelievable location: Less than 3 minute walk to Ponce City Market, the Beltline, the Claremont Hotel/rooftop bar/lounge, and much, much more. This is a small, homey and friendly building and community with 9 total units, most of which are lived in by owners. Also, there are two designated parking spots and substantial space for storage in the basement. Every tenant that has rented this unit has absolutely fell in love with the condo, the community and the location, including my wife and me when we first lived there. We look forward to our next tenants loving it as much as we have! 1 year lease. Water is paid through HOA. Electric is put under the tenants name and paid directly. Internet goes through the tenants name as well.

Expect warm, humid summers and mild winters, with daily life spilling into Piedmont Park, Freedom Park, John Howell Park, and Morningside Nature Preserve (a favorite for dog walks). Per Zillow Rental Manager market trends over the past few months, the median asking rent sits in the low $2,000s (about $2,300), with most rentals ranging roughly $1,800–$3,200 depending on size and finish. Coffee and dining are big here - Alon's Bakery & Market, San Francisco Coffee, Murphy's, La Tavola, DBA Barbecue - and Ponce City Market's food hall and Skyline Park are a short stroll or bike ride. Essentials are close (Kroger at 725 Ponce, Publix in Morningside), fitness studios line N. Highland and Ponce, and MARTA buses plus Freedom Parkway make it commuter friendly. The vibe is community-forward, family- and pet-friendly, and lively yet low-key at night.
