    We spent only a few moments with her She didn’t seem to be too worried about what needed to be updated

    The building is older and does not look like it’s very well maintained. We got in the elevator with the property manager & after the door closed j noticed a piece of paper stuck on the wall with duct tape that had been written in a sharpie “Do not use the elevator it doesn’t work” I brought this to her attention & she replies “oh I forgot the elevator people are coming this week”. The oven in the apartment looks like it’s 30 years old and the tile around the sink hasn’t been grouted in years. It doesn’t look like it’s been well maintained at all
