The kitchen, fully remodeled in 2025, is equipped with white shaker cabinets, sleek white subway tile, a farmhouse sink, ample counter space, a gas oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, under counter ice maker, microwave, small appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs. There's also an outdoor shower located right off the pool deck on the side of the home. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during the chillier months. A six-passenger golf cart is included for trips booked and staying October 2025 til March 1 2026. Trip MUST be 4 days or more to qualify for a free golf cart. Must be a licensed and insured driver over age 25. Inquire about a golf cart rental for a premium discount. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the quaint neighborhood of Kokomo Cove, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes drive East. This home is about a 1/2 block from gated beach access. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are welcome with a one-time $325 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this and notification must be given prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $325 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25.
