Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from shopping, dining, and top attractions, this home brings together the best of relaxation, recreation, and convenience. Nearby attractions include Sahuaro Ranch Park, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, and Cerreta Candy Company. Guests are required to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. Starting November 1st, 2025, the lazy river can be heated for an additional $100 per night of your stay, and it must be heated for the entire length of your stay with at least a 3-day notice before your arrival.
