This home boasts three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with large living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private saltwater pool with an option to add heat, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, an outdoor shower, a tiki bar, and a putting green. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two full beds, both sharing a bathroom. The living room includes a queen pull-out couch.
For an additional fee of $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation with at least a week's notice. A golf cart is available for reservation at $80 per day, with a two-day minimum. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit of up to $150.

No smoking, drugs, or glass are allowed on the property, and tampering with pool equipment could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. The property is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property.
