You will have patio furniture on the front deck and your own fire pit. Enjoy the sunset at Lowman and come home and be cozy by the fire pit, or come inside and enjoy the wood-burning stove! Level 1 EV charging available. Second bed is loft above kitchen.
Available for a 3, 6, or 9 month lease. First month's rent and security deposit of $2200 due at time of signing. Utilities including high-speed internet are a flat rate of $175 extra per month. Non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet. We do not charge an application fee, but prospective tenants must pass background/credit checks and provide proof of employment.
