The bedroom has another double-door closet. A tile shower is featured in your bathroom along with a washer and dryer. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water, electricity, and high-speed internet are included. Tenants have access to Art of Living vegetarian cafeteria right next door.
