Enjoy free access to the gym, business center, and club room with video conference facilities. Underground secured parking is available, and parking is free for monthly stays. Additional guests may be accepted for an extra fee. Nestled in the vibrant Chinatown neighborhood, this apartment places you in the heart of Boston's Theater District. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed, with a $1000 fee for smoking violations. Each guest has 1-2 hours to check the apartment and report any issues. All guests over 18 are required to submit a government photo ID and email address prior to access. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave, and do not keep any food in the bedroom. Food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. There is a $300 fine for interacting with building staff or maintenance team instead of communicating with the host. Includes a built-in office desk and super fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
