There is off street parking for two vehicles in a private driveway that goes with this unit. The owners have their own separate driveway.
Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal.
Owner will maintain the lawn and landscape.
The rent is $2,000 and includes heat, cold water and sewer!
Tenants pay their own electricity (including the hot water heater and ac/heat pumps) and wifi. There are heat pumps for the air conditioning only, if desired.
Trash pickup is provided by the City of Saco.
