The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional charge of $350 per week, while the outdoor heated spa is available at no extra cost. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property. The diving board has been removed from the pool for safety and insurance reasons, but the pool remains deep enough for diving. Pets are allowed with prior approval, and a non-refundable pet fee applies. All linens, bath and pool towels are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and a personal property manager is available to assist with any needs during your stay.
