Property
Actually, it is a sublease with option to renew. The current tenant said he is moving for a new job, that the landlords were great and very responsive to repairs that might come up to be needed, and the building was quiet with no noisy neighbors. For me, the building is in a great location, but I felt a bit rushed while looking at the place. Also the front door's buzzer/intercom system is not currently working, which is a feature I'm definitely looking for to be working.
