Only 4 units in this building. Off street parking. Great building -- all tenants are respectful and quiet and tend to stay for a while (low turnover).
No Smoking or vaping of any type. Prefer No Pets; but MIGHT approve one well behaved pet. Proof of employment, monthly income along with References and Credit Reports will be collected during application process. A 2-hour Open House will be scheduled later on (as the move in date approaches) but if you are looking in advance for January, we can give private tours.
