The house is located next to the Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District, which has picnic tables, sports facilities, a playground, and bay access. Nearby attractions include the De Soto Heritage Festival, Riverwalk in Downtown Bradenton, and the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, just 4.5 miles away. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and noise must be kept below 65 db during these hours. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. Guests must be 21 or older to book, and those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for safety. No prom, graduation, or other large parties or events are permitted, and the maximum number of guests must not exceed the sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. A noise detector is installed to ensure noise levels do not disturb neighbors. The boat lift, kayaks, and hot tub are not included in the rental, and a maximum of one boat is allowed.
